A28 - VIENNA. Vienna Palace Concert
A wonderful concert of Viennese classical music including some of the most famous works of Johann Strauss and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, performed by some of the most highly acclaimed soloists and dancers in Austria. A glass of champagne is included during the interval.

A29 - VIENNA. Vienna Woods and Wine Village Dinner
A scenic drive along the Vienna Woods Panoramic Road (Hohenstrasse) offers beautiful views of the city and the Danube River. Then on to one of the romantic wine villages, where Viennese specialities and 'Schrammelmusik' await us.

A4a - VIENNA. Prater Wheel and Dinner in a Country Mansion
First we visit the cheerful Prater Park to take a gentle ride on the historic Big Wheel and admire the picturesque skyline of Vienna. Then across the Danube to the historic country retreat of Deutsch-Wagram, scene of the great Napoleonic battle. Here we will enjoy a delicious dinner in one of the elegant dining rooms.

C2 - PRAGUE. Vltava Cruise & Lunch
Enjoy a scenic cruise along the beautiful River Vltava. Lunch is also included.

C3a - PRAGUE. Prague by Night
An evening introduction to the illuminated city with a local guide. First we take mini-buses through the old city to the attractive Charles Bridge. Then we enjoy drinks and music in one of the quaint restaurants in the old town.

C4 - PRAGUE. Folklore Show
An evening of local folklore and dance to introduce you to the colourful culture and music of Czech Republic. (includes one drink)

C9 - PRAGUE. Splendid Interiors
Our private mini-coach takes us through the magical narrow streets and alleys of the city, made famous by the film, Amadeus. We visit the exquisite baroque St. Nicholas Church where the Requiem Mass to commemorate Mozart's death was performed. We drive past the homes of Nobles frequently used for Mozart's private concerts and the Churches where his golden fingers would touch the keys of the mighty organs to produce heavenly music. Finally we visit the spectacular Theatre of the Estates, where 'Don Giovanni' saw its first performance.

G31 - BERLIN. Pergamon and Potsdam
First we visit one of the world's most important archaeological collections in the Pergamon museum. Then we drive to the former abode of Prussia's Frederick the Great, an imposing edifice of baroque splendour, to explore its delightful gardens and see the crypt of the Great Emperor. On to see the 'Cecelienhof', which witnessed the signing of a treaty which was to change the face of post-war Europe. (On Mondays when the Cecelienhof is closed we will visit the interior of the Neue Palais.)

G31a - BERLIN. Potsdam

G35 - BERLIN. Berlin's Secret Past: Reichstag Dome & the Wall
First we visit the German Parliament Building taking an elevator to its new glass Dome, designed by Norman Foster, which over the past few years, has become the symbol of re-united Berlin. We take a walk inside the Dome to admire its ultra-modern architecture and the views extending over the landmarks on both sides of the former Wall. Then we re-board our coach to reach the famous 'Wall of Freedom', the only sizeable part of the Wall still standing - the remnant of Berlin's 'Tale of Two cities'.

G9 - BERLIN. Berlin By Night & Dinner
Tonight join in the fun of hearty German food, wine, beer and music. Afterwards enjoy the illuminated landmarks of the German Capital.

M1 - BUDAPEST. Danube Cruise with Lunch/Dinner
Enjoy a scenic cruise along the romantic Danube River followed by a tasty lunch or dinner of Hungarian specialities.

M10 - BUDAPEST. Budapest's Secret Treasures
After a guided visit of the Hungarian Parliament, the second largest and of the most ornate in the world, we drive to Vajdahunyad Castle, the most interesting building complex in the City Park. In the pretty chapel of this fairy-tale like castle, we will enjoy a short organ concert and then saunter beneath the shady trees of the park to the worldfamous Gundel restaurant for coffee and the speciality of the house - Gundel's delicious pancakes!

M4 - BUDAPEST. Old Hungary Excursion with Lunch
A short drive from Budapest, the lovely medieval town of St. Andrew's is a 'must', with its ancient walls and narrow, cobbled streets. Being a centre of art and handicrafts, it has a truly unique atmosphere. First we visit the Skansen Open-air Museum, where town houses and village cottages from medieval Hungary are preserved. Then on to St. Andrew's itself to stroll around, take pictures and perhaps strike a bargain in the shops that sell beautiful Hungarian embroidery and ceramics. The visit will be completed with a typical Hungarian lunch and a glass of excellent wine.

P1 - KRAKOW. Wieliczka Salt Mines
Visit the greatest tourist attraction in the south of Poland. The salt mine is over 800 years old. The chambers are filled with absolutely unique salt sculptures recalling famous fairy tales. See the chambers of the good ghost of the mine and the seven dwarfs. Visit the chapel of the last supper and many other biblical scenes. Wonder at the glittering chandeliers of pure crystal salt.

P6 - POLAND. Polish Folklore
Poland has a rich culture and famous folk art: enjoy an evening of typical music and traditional dance.

P8 - AUSCHWITZ. Auschwitz & Birkenau
Visit to the concentration camps.
